Job Overview
The Clinical Program Manager is primarily responsible for providing innovative leadership and management of clinical and select administrative operations. The Clinical Program Manager will work across disciplines to develop, support, implement and evaluate effective care strategies to improve health outcomes.

Qualifications
EDUCATION- Bachelor's degree in a medical/clinical related field appropriate to assignment. EXPERIENCE - Three years' experience relevant to assignment. EQUIVALENCY - Professional experience, in addition to the required experience, may substitute the bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.A Master's degree may substitute for the required experience on a year-for year basis. CERTIFICATION(S)- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate.Professional certification or license may be required depending upon field of expertise. POPULATION SPECIFIC CARE Neonate - 30 days to 1 yr Toddlers - >1 yr to 3yrs Pre-Schoolers - >3yrs to 5yrs School age - >5yrs to 13yrs Adolescent - >13yrs to 18yrs Adult - >18yrs to 65yrs ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all the following essential functions. These examples do not include all the functions which the employee may be expected to perform. Develops individual goals and initiates own evaluation within department to enhance clinical practice and professional growth by assuming a leadership role in clinical education and the evaluation and communication of program goals and outcomes. Directs and monitors all program staff in order to meet and maintain all program competencies as well as assist with continuing education of staff and faculty. Participates in long-and short-term program development and planning.
