Job Summary:Glenridge is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents in a warm and compassionate environment. We are seeking a dedicated and caring Memory Care CNA to join our team and contribute to the well-being and comfort of our residents.

Job Description:

Role: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

The Memory Care CNA will provide essential care and support to residents in our Glenridge facility. This role is vital in maintaining the daily well-being of individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other memory-related conditions.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide empathetic patient care, making a difference with every interaction.

  • Handle communications and monitor patient conditions with attentiveness.

  • Reports findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff

  • Work with nurses and activities coordinator(s) to enhance the lives of our residents

    Your Qualifications:

  • State of Maine CNA certification.

  • Experience working with individuals with memory impairments such as Alzheimer's and dementia is preferred.

  • compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
