We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on the Transport & Construction verticals. This role is essential for achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth within these sectors.

Responsibilities and Duties

Sales Management: Handle all sales for medium and enterprise clients in the Transport and Construction industries.

KPI Achievement: Meet 100% of individual annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly timelines.

Lead Generation: Proactively generate outbound sales leads to expand our market reach.

Account-Based Experience (ABX): Execute and manage ABX campaigns to foster targeted engagement and pipeline growth.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the lead and a key stakeholder with our Transport and Construction partners.

Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to deliver effective sales solutions.

Opportunity Generation: Generate outbound sales opportunities to increase our customer base.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably in the Transport or Construction sectors.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs, including Initial Prospecting Calls, Demonstrations & Meetings, Stage 2 Add to Funnel, and ACV targets.

Outbound Sales Expertise: Strong background in consistent outbound sales prospecting.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Transport or Construction business landscape.

Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Ownership and Accountability: Willingness to take ownership of tasks and be accountable for achieving positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and oral communication skills.

Sense of Urgency: A proactive approach with a sense of urgency to achieve sales outcomes.
