Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required. Three years experience in relevant Human Services field required. Management/Supervisory experience required. Computer skills and keyboarding familiarity required. Budgeting/accounting skills preferred. Ability to be flexible and work in a team environment. Excellent interpersonal, communications and leadership/managerial skills essential. Evidence of understanding and empathy for the PWDD population. Previous knowledge/experience with Person Centered Planning, writing/providing service plans, OPWDD regulations, Medicaid regulations and budgets preferred. Demonstrated ability and knowledge to work professionally with Circle of Supports, multiple services provider agencies, etc., required. Valid NYS Driver's License required and acceptable per Agency policy.

Monday- Friday 8am-4pm with some flexibility

Travel between Cayuga and Tompkins County required
