We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Cycle Manager to join our healthcare companies team in Auburn Hills, Michigan. This hybrid role is within the non profit/healthcare industry, where you will be responsible for managing customer applications, maintaining meticulous customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. Additionally, you will monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions.

The Revenue Cycle Manager is an essential member of a high performing management team. The Revenue Cycle Manager oversees the daily operations of the billing department, and all patient accounting activities following this healthcare companies policies and procedures as well as Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) guidelines, ensuring the organization is compliant with location, state and federal standards, policies and guidelines. The Revenue Cycle Manager maintains strong internal and external relationships, serving as liaison on behalf of the departments team. Work collaboratively to create and maintain a culture of excellence and dedication to providing compassionate and high-quality healthcare to all.

Requirements

1) Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting or related work experience equivalent required.

2) 5-10 years of health care physician billing/ revenue cycle management is required.

3) Strong computer skills and experience using Electronic Medical Records

4) Able to develop, pull reports and maintain a dashboard for tracking data.
