Project Description: Reduce NA TWC in support of TWC target. Resources will be used to identify new field issues by analysing warranty returned material and data to understand failure modes and effects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify new field issues by analysing warranty returned material and data to understand failure modes and effects
• Conduct on-site parts analysis reviews with Suppliers, Engineering, Supplier Quality, Vehicle Assembly Plants.
• Manage part return and analysis material activities for components to ensure returned material are utilized to assist with Corporate Quality initiatives for root cause identification
• Review and approve/reject all submitted analysis within 5 days of submission
• Review supplier testing procedures to ensure evaluations of warranty returns are accurate.
• Ensure Suppliers complete testing & documentation within Part Return Analysis System (PRAS+)
• Support part return analysis and teardown of warranty returns
• Generate part retentions
• Fast track part returns for special studies
• Coordinate shipment of returned parts as requested (supplier, engineering, & manufacturing)
• Review/Ship all parts returned within 7 days of receipt
• Verify parts for broken clean points and new issue documentation and assignment
• Support MY24 CPV improvement target
• Manage part return inventory and schedule Supplier Reviews accordingly
• Validate all parts for clean point validation and GIM's association and new issue creation
• Improve Cost/Repair - Optimize Service Labor, Diagnostics, Pricing, Service Level, Remanufactured Parts by working with responsible organizations
