How will you make an impact in this role?
Your mission:
We are looking for a motivated, results-driven, and compliance-minded leader to oversee a team of 6-8 Activation Specialists focused on helping business owners navigate the Business Line of Credit lending process.
In this role, you will be responsible for helping your team drive customer engagement, foster strong relationships with business owners, and ensure a seamless lending experience. You will also collaborate closely with internal and external teams to optimize processes, enhance customer and colleague experience, and drive overall business growth.
Success in this position is measured by your team’s ability to consistently exceed quarterly sales targets and daily performance metrics while maintaining a compliant, competitive, and collaborative work environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead and manage a group of Activation Specialists, guiding them to success through effective leadership and team support
Conduct call monitoring sessions to provide targeted coaching and constructive feedback for continuous improvement
Develop team members by offering motivation, mentorship, and ongoing training on product & industry knowledge to ensure individual and team growth
Track and analyze daily and quarterly performance metrics to ensure the team is meeting or exceeding set goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to streamline processes, enhance customer experience, and achieve business objectives
Minimum Qualifications
Growth-Oriented : Motivated to continuously develop both personally and professionally, with a commitment to learning and improving in a dynamic environment
Sales Experience : Proven success in a fast-paced telephone sales environment (5 years preferred)
Compliance-Minded : Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and commitment to ethical sales practices
Management Experience: Experience managing a team with theability to motivate and guide team members to reach their full potential through effective Colleague Development and Coaching Skills
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skillswith the ability to influence and engage across teams
Technology Proficient : Skilled in using online tools and CRM Platforms (Salesforce preferred) to track and manage sales activities
Financial Knowledge (preferred) : Familiarity with business credit, lending, or banking products

Qualifications
Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefits
