Job Title: Reliability Engineer

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Reliability Engineer, where you will support and collaborate with Consultants through all delivery phases, including discovery, analysis, and development of project improvement plans. You will provide essential technical assistance for on-site maintenance activities, adhere to established intellectual property protocols, and develop trusted relationships at all organizational levels. Leverage your professional network to generate new opportunities and establish credibility through thought leadership and industry participation. You will also play a crucial role in increasing market share for consulting services and periodically develop and deliver training courses in your areas of expertise.

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 24 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in NA, Kansas.

Work Environment

This role requires extensive travel (up to 90%), primarily regionally in the Midwest, with projects typically lasting 6-9 months. The initial projects involve working at a pulp and paper facility, followed by a project in the pharmaceutical industry. The work schedule involves 10-hour days, 4 days a week. Candidates must be willing to travel extensively and be adaptable to diverse work environments.
