How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
The Program Manager – B2B Digital Solutions is responsible for driving the strategy, evolution and implementation of the next-generation of our B2B Product ecosystem, in support of our continued leadership position and competitive edge in the industry. The position requires a combination of creative digital solutions, passion for online user experience, project management skills, and a high level of familiarity with digital technologies.
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, working across Sales, RM, IT, Digital, and our airline partners to drive new value for our corporate and agency customers. The successful candidate must be a strong leader with a demonstrated aptitude toward product innovation, technical skillsets, project management, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Oversees the ideation and development of new customer-facingdigital products
Serve as the primary point of contact for organizingmeetings, documenting outcomes, and tracking follow-ups.
Provide regular updates to team leads and stakeholders onproject progress, risks, and outcomes.
Understand and prioritize both business process and customerlife cycles, to optimize how these interactions can be implemented online
Build strong customer relationships that drive new ideasinto our development pipeline
Serve as a liaison between Sales and Commercial businessstakeholders, and actively lead the design, build, and testing of technologyproducts and reporting
Maintain and distribute technical documents and projectupdates to relevant teams, ensuring alignment with Delta’s NDC initiatives.
Work closely with product owners, IT teams, and businessstakeholders to route issues, escalate concerns, and ensure clear communicationacross teams.
Works closely with the IT team to ensure the project is ontime and on budget
Solve difficult routine and non-routine problems, applyingcritical thinking and creative solutioning
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
3-5 years of professional experience
Experience as the technical lead on projects andunderstanding of Agile development process
Proven success in leading large-scale projects acrossmultiple organizations and teams
Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, multi-task capable, andhave demonstrated the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced,time-sensitive environment
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Must be performing satisfactorily in current position
Willing and able to travel as needed
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self,others, and personal data
Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high schoolequivalency
Isat least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
Bachelor’s preferred
General knowledge of travel related industry segments(airlines, hotels, travel agencies)
Experience in designing and implementing new innovativeproducts or services
Must have strong analytical and computer skills, soundorganizational and planning skills
Must have a proven ability to make sound business decisions
Product management knowledge/experience is a plus
