This role will be an office centric role and is required to work out of the Atlanta or Charlotte hub.

The purpose of this role is to contribute to the development of sustainable solutions that advance the Consumer and Small Business Bank business performance by working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, utilizing strong finance, analytics, and data-driven problem-solving skills. Responsible for defining, developing, managing, and executing the reporting requirements and requests pipeline for Consumer Channels and Solutions business leaders. Responsible for leading and managing intake and prioritization process, with ongoing tracking of reporting requests, from concept through execution. Works closely with key stakeholders across the Consumer Bank’s solutions, channels, segments, and functions to advance business performance tracking and reporting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consults with the internal business stakeholders, leaders, Business Performance Optimization and Data Insights & Governance teams to understand and design, develop, and deliver reporting requirements and ultimately made available for consumption via recurring deliverables, supporting the overall Consumer Bank strategy and performance.

• Partners with Business Performance Optimization and Data Insights & Governance teams to manage intake and prioritization of business performance reporting and other management information requests for based on business need aligned to overall Consumer Bank strategy.

• Acts of the liaison between Business Performance Optimization and Data Insights & Governance teams.

• Leads process for intaking, prioritizing, and updating progress on reporting development and delivery.

• Maintain knowledge of Business Performance reporting roadmap, backlog, and available data and database structures, and applies knowledge of the business to customize reports and deliver meaningful information.

• Review reports to identify data integrity issues and provides feedback to application/database administrators to ensure any issues are addressed.

• Execute data and report validations to support ongoing quality assurance processes.

• Collaborate on the design, communication, and implementation of the KPIs, data dashboards and reporting outlining the overall health of the business across solutions, channels, and segments.

• Executes data and report validations to support ongoing quality assurance processes.

• Develops and documents business requirements for new and enhancing existing reporting.

• Assist in the production of monthly management reporting, including business review reporting package.

• Design enhancements to management reports to identify statistical trends in data.

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of business intelligence platforms used by operating unit.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

  2. 5-8+ years of progressive work experience in business analysis or business reporting

  3. Experience in identifying and analyzing data assets to integrate into business and technical requirements and multilayer data and reporting outputs

  4. Strong oral and written communication skills

  5. Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities

  6. Experience with Excel and PowerPoint

  7. Experience with working with large teams and independently

  8. Experience in participating in multiple projects concurrently with skills as follows:

a. Scoping business requirements, identifying scope change and system impacts (including external systems)

b. Documenting requirements using use cases, relationship diagrams, process diagrams and workflows

c. Interfacing with business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating requirements work sessions, and writing detailed Business Requirements for low to medium complex projects

d. Assists in test plans, test cases and test scripts for User Acceptance Testing for low to medium complex projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI)

  2. Experience in Information Delivery field and/or Financial Services Industry

  3. Experience analyzing product, channel, and/or client segments data sets and reporting
