Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Product Architect Lead in Atlanta, Georgia and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work Youll Do
Manage information technology projects, including development and implementation, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage technical teams to architect, build and deploy information technology project solutions. Manage and deliver components of information technology project engagements, within the full software development life cycle. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.
10% Travel required nationally.
Telecommuting permitted.
Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Requirements
Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
Utilizing Agile Methodologies to guide information technology projects, including Smart Factory and Banking as a Service (BaaS);
Coordinating teams that participate in sprint backlog grooming and roadmap discussions for the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures, utilizing Atlassian Jira;
Developing and maintaining project schedule and deliverables for clients, using sprint demos, bug and release reports;
Defining performance measures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on stakeholders discussions, data, and trend analysis, using Apache JMeter and NeoLoad;
Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs, using draw.io and C4 diagrams;
Coordinating business processes and driving customer requirements, scenario development, and technical implementation, utilizing sequence, deployment, and infrastructure diagrams, leveraging draw.io;
Guiding development, testing and deployment, utilizing Concourse CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment), Bitbucket, Node.js unit testing, and AWS Cloud Native technologies; and
Creating plans to mitigate risks and issues over the course of the project, and managing the scope using change management processes, including Jira Service Desk.
