Job Description:

The IT Local & Inventory Analyst will be responsible for the following:

• Following a variety of generally defined procedures under general guidance within functional disciplines such as basic technical service, install and configure computer hardware operating systems, among others.

• Keeping an active documentation and tracking for all inventory related movements.

• Working with designated vendors on hardware related topics, according to the business needs (this may include after-hours execution of certain tasks / vendor escorting)

• Monitoring inventory levels very closely and resolving any issues that may become apparent

• Developing and implementing systems for accurately managing inventory

• Reporting to upper management regularly and providing recommendations for better inventory control.

• Following lifecycle events for devices (including replacement of computers or any other required IT devices for end of their lifecycle, monitoring the calendar for lifecycle events in order to forecast future equipment purchases)

  Main requirements Include:

• Basic English Skills

• Critical Thinking skills

• Possesses the ability to create solutions to previously unsolved issues

• Desire to work with internal customers, and an understanding of excellence in customer service

• Attention to detail and very organized

• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

• Free zone management course (Desired)

• Proven experience as inventory analyst
