JOB LOCATION: TASTEFUL SELECTIONS SHIFT: DAY REPORTS TO: PLANT MANAGER PURPOSE: The individual in this role leads and improves production and staffing to achieve departmental and organizational goals. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related focus, required. Experience with Rockwell Automation products, preferred. Vocational or associate degree in technical field, preferred. Experience with Rockwell Automation products, preferred. Experience in Food and Beverage, preferred. Analyzation and problem-solving ability. Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Bi- lingual English and Spanish, required. Ability to read, write and communicate in English, required. Must have a valid Drivers License with a clean DMV driving record. Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Troubleshoot issues related to automated process control resulting in production downtime. Identify production line bottlenecks. Implementing more efficient processes by applying lean manufacturing principles with an emphasis on automated solutions. Perform Root Cause Analysis. Follow all safety policies and procedures, familiar with OSHA, NFPA, ISA, NEMA and IEC standards and regulations. Uphold quality standards. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to frequently move about inside the office and food processing facilities. Ability to work outdoors in various and sometimes extreme weather conditions. Must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout much of the working day. Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment. Ability to inspect equipment and product. Must be able to move items weighting up to 75lbs. STARTING WAGE: $80,000 - $100,000 / YEAR
