We are looking for a Sr. Corporate Procurement Manager, Supplier Development and Impact (SDI) to lead the management, execution, and expansion of Amazon's Global Corporate SDI. This highly visible role will work directly with company-level SDI, Procurement, Legal, Finance, Suppliers, Leaders, Customers and external partners to improve business opportunities with suppliers.
Key job responsibilities
• Develop and execute SDI strategies.
• Partner with Global Corporate
Procurement teams to ensure SDI through strategic sourcing activities.
• Provide SDI awareness to our stakeholders and partners.
• Identify and establish business relationships with DOBs.
• Collaborate with Amazon SDI leaders to ensure governance, share best practices and create processes and mechanisms to drive efficiency.
• Oversee development of SDI documentation and reports with visibility at the highest level of the corporation.
•Identify, foster, and maintain strategic external partnerships.
•Lead, independently, through ambiguity – serves as key point of escalation
A day in the life
This role being a strategic, programmatic, and deliver results role, you will work with company-level SDI, Legal, Finance, Suppliers, Sourcing Managers, partner teams, and Leaders to achieve our vision.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
•10+ years in supply chain, sourcing, and/or procurement
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Communication proficiency, especially writing
• Working with global cross functional and partner teams in supply chain
• Analyzing data, problem solving, implementation of improvements and repeatable processes, driving automation or standardization, conducting business reviews to senior and C-suite level leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
• Masters Degree
• 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
development, instructional design or related field
• 5+ Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• 5+ Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
