Precise Systems, Inc. Contract Manager in Arlington, Virginia

We are currently seeking seeking a Contracts Manager to support our Army customer in Arlington, VA. This position is contingent upon contract award. The Contract Manager role tracks compliance with the contract by both the US Government representatives and contract employees. Additionally, the role represents the company on contract matters and coordinates all modifications and changes to the contract with the US Government representatives. The role is responsible for contractual matters pertaining to performance of the contract.

Required Education and Experience: Contract Manager requires a four (4) year Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of four (4) years experience in government contracting. Bachelor's Degree may be waived if the candidate has at least eight (8) years of experience in government contracting.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $82,742.78 to $124,114.18 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
