We are looking for dependable, hard-working team members who want to contribute to our mission: feeding human progress.Description:We are looking for a Crop Protection Repack Manager to support our Agronomy Service Centers. You will promote a safe, clean work environment to mitigate risks by planning, developing, and implementing repack procedures, this position will oversee our repack processes.Responsibilities include owning/leading our repack processes and training our facility staff, collaborating with our supply chain procurement/supply & operations teams, inventory management guidelines, distribution, partnering with our EHS and Quality Teams on compliance and product/process integrity, budgeting/expense management, and other repack operations due to business demands.40-50% Travel required to for WU Repack Site Visits, Customer Repack Visits, internal/external meetings and trainingsRequirements:Education: High School Diploma/GED Required.Related Experience : 3 years of experience in warehousing, retail, agriculture, supply chain or related field.Technology: proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, smartphones, and other hardware/softwareCertifications: Current driver's license; as well as Commercial Applicator License, Employee Handler's License, Restricted Use Pesticide license if required (or ability to attain these licenses by a specific date as agreed with company).
