We are adding to our team and looking to hire a recruiter / Talent Aquisition Specialist to join our Recruitment Team. (Talent Acquisition Team). You will be part of e(s)]. The ideal candid a great group that helps put people to work, helping them get ahead, and connecting their skills to Hiring Managers.

Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: Competitve compansagion and benefits

What’s the Job / Primary Duties:

• Work with Hiring Manager's to complete a hiring needs assessment, identify open positions and required skills and qualifications

• Source, attract, screen and qualify candidates using a variety of methods such as job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach campaigns.

• Identify, assess, place, and manage and advance a diverse talent portfolio of associates and professionals.

• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Build and maintain excellent client and candidate relationships.

• Coach, Councel, Complete performance reviews

Maintain data in applicant tracking system

What’s Needed / Qualifications:

Requirements

Industry: 1+ year in recruiting, human resources, customer service, and/or sales (preferred - not necessary).

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. (BA is preferred - Not Necessary)

Excellent communication skills

Above average computer skills

Ability to quickly build and maintain relationships and raport
