Job Title: Clean Room Assembler

Pay: $16 - $18/hr

Job Description

As a full-time production associate, you will be responsible for testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging. Candidates can choose to either sit or stand during their 10-hour shift, although standing will be required at times. This role involves light industrial/general assembly work where you will be lifting no more than 10-15 lbs. and meeting metrics for assembling pieces.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging tasks.

• Work on the assembly line, ensuring that pieces are assembled correctly and efficiently.

• Use hand tools and test equipment to complete tasks.

• Maintain good attendance and adhere to quality standards.

• Meet daily production metrics for assembly tasks.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Essential Skills

• Basic computer skills

• Experience with testing, soldering, and assembly

• General labor and inspection skills

• Machine operation experience

• Good attendance record

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to complete paperwork and onboarding tasks independently

• Capability to perform basic tasks such as changing a tire

Candidates will be working in a close to brand new, state-of-the-art facility. The environment is clean, bright, and temperature-controlled at 68 degrees with 30% humidity. The facility is safety-focused, ensuring a secure and comfortable work setting.
