Lambert Landscaping, 2 Hunting Hill Road, Annandale, NJ 08801 (908) 735-0234 3 Landscape Laborer positions available. Temporary, full-time position from 04/01/2025 to 12/01/2025. Standard work week is Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. No overtime. 40 hrs/wk with workers paid bi-weekly at $21.87/hr. No benefits.

Daily transportation will be provided to workers at no cost from the central location of 2 Hunting Hill Road, Annandale, NJ 08801, to and from all customer worksites in the following counties: Hunterdon and Somerset, New Jersey.

Duties include landscaping and lawn service operations of mowing, trimming, digging, raking, and watering. Ongoing and additional general maintenance of pruning, edging and mulching will be performed. Planting of plants, shrubs, and laying sod as needed. Lawn clean-up of brush and leaves will also be done. Lawn clean-up of brush and leaves will also be done. It will require the use of various hand power tools and equipment, and hand tools will include shovels, rakes, levels and hoes. Worker will work under the supervision of the owner or project manager.

Work sites include both Hunterdon & Somerset Counties, NJ. Worker is responsible for transportation to and from 2 Hunting Hill Rd., Annandale, NJ. Employer will provide all transportation to worksites at no cost to worker.

High School Diploma required. No experience required.

A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All applicable tax deductions as required by law will be made from payroll. Employer will provide all tools and equipment needed as necessary at no cost to worker. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly and /or reimburse the worker for initial transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from such a distance they are not reasonably able to return to their residence each day.

If worker completes entire work period or employer dismisses prior to end of work period, employer will pay for workers return costs from where they departed. If worker transfers employers or abandons employment, employer will not be responsible for return costs. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.

Daily subsistence costs at a min rate of $15.88/day or max $59/day with receipts required. H2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees as mandated by the government (excludes passport fees).
