Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst in the Manufacturing industry based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in assisting with the discovery phase for ERP implementation, learning the business alongside client leadership, and handling user stories.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the discovery phase for ERP implementation

• Learn and understand the business in conjunction with client leadership

• Conduct user stories related to business processes and functions

• Engage in process documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date records

• Perform risk assessment to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies

• Implement change management procedures to facilitate business transitions

• Utilize cloud technologies, CRM, and Microsoft tools in daily tasks

• Apply AB Testing methods to improve business processes

• Use project management skills to effectively manage tasks and deadlines

• Conduct business analysis to provide insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 or more years of experience in a Business Analyst role within the Manufacturing industry

• Proficiency in cloud technologies, including implementation and integration

• Familiarity with CRM systems, with a focus on improving customer relationships and interactions

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, specifically in a manufacturing context

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Proven track record in AB Testing, with the ability to analyze and interpret results to drive business decisions

• Understanding of Business Process Functions, particularly in relation to manufacturing operations

• Demonstrated experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and evaluation of projects

• Exceptional documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise reports and manuals

• Proficient in Business Analysis, with a focus on identifying business needs and determining solutions.
