This will be a 14-week temporary position from approximately May 5th-August 7th. You'll work hours per week (no weekends or holidays). The hours for this position are 5:45am-2:00pm Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform serving, cleaning, and stocking duties in cafeterias in order to facilitate guest service.

• Maintain adequate supply of items such as silverware, dishes, and trays. Restock food, dishes, trays, and silverware from kitchens and supply departments to serving stations.

• Replenish supplies of food and equipment at salad and serving stations.

• Wash dishes, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand. Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.

• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition. Sweep and scrub floors.

• Clean and prepare various foods for cooking or serving.

• Operate the cash register for guests’ purchases.

Starting pay: $15/hour
