ManpowerGroup 2nd Shift Medical Device Assembler in Anaheim, California

Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a 2nd Shift Medical Device Assembler to join their team. As a Medical Device Assembler, you will be part of a dynamic production environment supporting innovative healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will have teamwork, dependability, and accountability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Medical Device Assembler

Location: Cypress, CA

Pay Range: $19.00/hour

What's the Job?

  • Follow HIPAA, ISO 13485, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards.

  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

  • Communicate any stoppages on the line to the lead.

  • Perform routine minor maintenance and keep a clean workspace.

  • Look for continuous improvement opportunities in the production process.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum 0-2 years of related experience in a medical device or manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with Electrostatic Discharge Sensitive (ESD) handling processes is a plus.

  • High School Diploma/GED preferred but not required.
