We are looking for an experienced Sales professional to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Intuition, Hawaiian Tropic, Banana Boat, Wet Ones, Bulldog Skincare, Jack Black, Cremo and recently acquired Billie… just to name a few!).

Let's Get Down To Business

Reporting to the Key Account Director (based in Germany), you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of channel and customer account growth plans in 2024 and beyond for the Benelux (Netherlands, Belgium & Luxembourg) region. You will own the P&L for major national key accounts as if it were your own. In addition, you will ensure that established sales targets are met in a cost-effective manner, implement customer specific listing and promotion plans, achieve annual business plan and forecasting (volume and financial forecast) through pro-active measures with existing customers as assigned

and manage/establish pricing to trade to ensure compliance with agreed local and European pricing and profitability guidelines. If there’s one thing you’ll get here at Edgewell, it’s a collaborative

Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?

This is a great opportunity for someone with significant experience at National Account or Channel/ Customer Lead level. We are looking for the following skills and experience:

• Experience of managing key customer accounts within FMCG/ Cosmetics or Personal Care for major Benelux retailers.

• Significant commercial experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, Category Management or Purchasing

• Experience of private label and branded products

• Understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L) management

• Strong communication / presentation skills, negotiation and analytical abilities are essential

• Must be able to demonstrate excellent account management, organisation and planning skills

• Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office

• Fluent in English and Dutch
