Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Purchasing & Inventory Manager in Amarillo, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, purchasing inventory, and overseeing staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire buying process

• Ensure efficient and accurate processing of accounts payable

• Handle and manage all aspects of inventory purchasing

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors

• Negotiate rates to achieve the best possible prices

• Manage all equipment and trailers effectively

• Lead and manage staff to ensure efficiency and productivity

• Utilize ERP solutions and Epicor for effective resource planning

• Perform accounting functions as necessary

• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

• Proficiency in Epicor software

• In-depth knowledge of ERP Solutions

• Experience with About Time software

• Familiarity with Accounting Functions

• Experience handling Accounts Payable (AP)

• Understanding and experience with Buying Processes

• Excellent Communication skills
