TEKsystems Salesforce CDP Analyst Altamonte Springs, Florida

NEED TO HAVE CUSTOMER DATA PLATFORM (CDP) EXPERIENCE AND/OR DATA CLOUD EXPERIENCE

Description

  • Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the customer data platform (CDP) to unify customer data from various sources and create a single view for analytics.

  • Collaborate with the data architect and engineer to ensure the CDP is integrated with the necessary data sources, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Personalization Engine, Epic EMR, Snowflake, and other relevant systems.

  • Develop data models, dashboards, and reports to provide real-time insights and enable data-driven decision-making for marketing, care advocacy, and other business teams.

  • Continuously monitor and optimize the CDP to ensure data quality, accuracy, and timeliness, aligning with Adventist Health System/Sunbelt's business objectives and consumer engagement strategies.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and care advocacy, to understand their data and reporting requirements and translate them into effective CDP solutions.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce CDP capabilities and best practices, and recommend improvements to enhance the platform's performance and functionality.

  • Provide training and support to end-users on the CDP's features and capabilities, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization.

  • Collaborate with the data architect to define data governance policies and ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce Customer Data Platform (CDP) and unifying data to create a single view for analytics

  • Ability to align with the clients business objectives, particularly in the consumer space, and support use cases and business goals through their work

  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams like marketing and care advocacy

  • Expertise in data analysis, risk modeling, propensity modeling, and KPI monitoring to identify and activate high-need consumer segments

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
