Business Processes Consulting

Detailed design and implementation of business processes; enforces innovation, service offerings and productization.

Positions available in both our locations: Almaty and Astana

Core Tasks include:

  • Evaluation of innovative industry- and technology- trends and development of corresponding industry process- and solution-maps. Support for internal strategic portfolio planning.

  • Enforcement of industry-specific service-offerings. Detailed design of industry-specific / corporate customer processes.

  • Identification of enterprise services. Proposal of software-decisions (SAP-products with integration of non-SAP-products) within the customer Process, Application- and IT-landscape.

  • Mapping of business process to enterprise IT-architecture.

  • Define requirements for individual development or integration needs.

  • Performance of reviews (process oriented and relation to IT-mapping).

  • Define corresponding organizational structure.

  • Implementation of designed processes.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Drives business consulting by translating the customer's vision into solutions

  • Maps business processes to SAP solution requirements

  • Supports the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise

  • Drives change management to achieve business transformation objectives

  • Supports end-to-end solution design and configuration across all relevant solutions (on-premise, cloud and hybrid), applying SAP methodologies and standards

  • Participates in transition planning of customer solution landscapes

  • Drives deployment of best practice business processes for specific industries

  • Supports pre-sales activities

  • Performs solution reviews and feasibility studies

  • Supports escalated projects

  • Occasionally takes over responsibility as a (sub-)project lead or team lead for a service delivery

  • Delivers customer workshops and trainings

  • Supports in partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success

  • Introduces SAP and industry leading practices based on pre-existing templates, standard content and experience

  • Creates project documentation and documentation of delivered services

  • Supports the evolution of the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and key related areas; can be owner of a service and/or supports updates to the portfolio

  • Supports in solution testing and issue resolution

  • Can mentor business process consultants

Experience & Educational Requirements

Functional Experience

  • Several years of experience in business process consulting (3 )

  • Has a minimum of five years' experience in service delivery

  • Has a minimum 2 of full-cycle SAP solutions implementation completed projects

  • Good understanding of industry and/or LoB specific business processes > Holistic understanding of the relevant end-to-end processes of SAPs Intelligent Enterprise Suite

  • Has performed feasibility studies / PoCs etc.

  • Good understanding of public cloud software Managerial Experience

  • As a sub project lead and/or team lead in a service engagement

  • As a coach for colleagues

  • As community lead, stream lead or topic owner within an internal community Other Experience

  • Demonstrates effective emotional intelligence English: Fluent

  • Other languages: Fluent with the local country language Education

  • University degree or equivalent work experience Professional Training & Certification

  • Solution Certification

Compensation Range Transparency : SAPbelieves the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is T3 - T4 USD.The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidateswill be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills,experience, scope ofthe role, location, etc. as determinedthrough theselection process.
