Job Summary We are seeking skilled Machine Operators to join our production team. This role involves operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities • Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery. • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. • Troubleshoot and adjust machines as needed to maintain efficiency. • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. • Document production data and report any issues to supervisors. • Assist with equipment maintenance and minor repairs.

Qualifications • Previous experience as a Machine Operator long-term • Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams. • Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills. • Strong attention to detail and quality control. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements • Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and machinery. • Standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods. • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. • Opportunities for advancement and long-term employment
