TEKSystems is currently hiring multiple customer service representatives in Allentown, PA! Location: Allentown, PA

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM-5PM

Pay: $17/HR (full time opportunity with weekly pay!)

Detailed job description:

As a customer service representative, you will be handling high volumes of inbound calls from current/prospective customers. The core focus is to answer general inquiries/handle complaints, take payments, maintain customer data, and provide insight into services offered. Daily duties include, but are not limited to:

• Respond to customer service inquiries, request, complaints via inbound calls and emails. Estimated 80 minimum per day.

• Required to dispatch call to appropriate department.

• Resolve all issues in a timely manner.

• Calls will be in regard to scheduling, billing, service, etc.

• Utilize pricing sheets to price products for customers.

• Enter service and route data into computer for billing and scheduling purposes.

• Will be creating new orders (both home and residential).

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of call center customer service experience

• Ability to utilize computers/software's efficiently
