Clinical Education Manager

Job Description:

Manage clinical, technical, and educational training to support associates and HCPs including fellows, young physicians, KOLs, technologists, and nurses. Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive educational programs, establish relationships, and work effectively with healthcare professionals, vendors, global sales and distribution teams, and internal department representatives. Launch/execute programs to global teams and contribute to projects with strategic and tactical execution to maximize opportunities, drive competitive advantages, and build strategic partnerships. Job duties:

• Manage the development and execution of various clinical and technical training programs.

• Drive/manage educational initiatives and curriculum development for endovascular simulation and various clinical and technical education programs.

• Develop and implement required training and provide revisions to all programs.

• Develop, organize, and ensure accuracy of training materials.

• Deliver and evaluate all written education materials and assist in global distribution.

• Administer all education performance.

• Support in the development of simulation educative programs.

• Identify and implement program enhancements and develop relevant metrics and key performance indicators.

• Participate in professional society meetings/trade shows.

• Provide mentorship to the Clinical Education team.

• Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in biology, biomedical engineering, or related field.

2. Minimum five (5) years of professional experience in one or more of the following functions: Medical Device Sales, Clinical Training, Sales Training, Medical Education, or other relevant areas.

3. Experience in neuro-endovascular or interventional procedures.

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

5. Excellent facilitation and presentation (live and virtual) skills.

6. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures related to training and education.

7. Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

8. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

9. Excellent computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and Outlook.

10. Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple regions and functions and to influence without direct authority.

11. International experience.

Desired Qualifications

1. Experience in neuro-endovascular or interventional procedures.
