Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Security Cooperation Financial Management Specialist- Lead with a Secret Security clearance to support Kadiak and our government customer in Alexandria, VA.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • The Contractor shall provide Order Management Support Services, to include technical, administrative, and professional services for the purposes of sustaining operations for the DAI user agency community.

  • Tasks will include program management, help desk support, budget formulation, training, System Integration Testing/User Acceptance Testing (SIT/UAT) testing, data reconciliation, Order Management RF and GF Reimbursable execution improvement, and direct treasury disbursement.

  • WHS Order Management RF and GF Reimbursable: The Contractor shall provide order management support services to the Order Management Team.

  • All personnel working this task shall have previous orders management experience and are able to both successfully enter transactions, process funding transactions, process incoming orders and earning reconciliation activities and provide technical expertise in the area of Orders Management performing the following:

  • Customer outreach and change management. The Contractor shall support RF policy and procedures as required.

  • Ensuring RF and GF performance measures are in place to ensure standard operating procedures are followed or updated as required to improve RF and GF Reimbursable process improvements.

  • Standardization documentation. The Contractor shall support the documentation of definitions, policies, business processes, and performance measures for Order Managementfunding for: GF Reimbursable, RF, Pentagon Reservation Maintenance Revolving Fund (PRMRF),and Buildings Maintenance Fund (BMF), providing updates on roles and responsibilities.

  • Order and Cash Management Improvement.

  • The Contractor shall support cash management improvement efforts for all aspects of execution.

  • Organizational Structure.

  • The Contractor shall recommend and help establish organizational structure to support FMD for short-term and long-term RF priorities.

  • Order-to-Cash. The Contractor shall provide expert and advisory support for GF and RF order to-cash collections issues.

  • 80/20 Rule/Year-End. The Contractor shall provide general month-end support monthly, and

  • extended month-end support for July and September annually.

  • Any work hours outside standard (as described in section 1.6.4 (Hours of Operation) will be coordinated in advance in writing and agreed upon by Government and Contractor Transactions.

  • The Contractor shall assist with incorporation of RF improvement and GF improvement initiatives into the accounting system, including inputting/reconciling/tracking orders and spending transactions.

  • Approved and processed transactions should meet or exceed 1,000 per month.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer science, information technology, or computer related discipline or relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Candidates must be a US Citizen with an active Secret Level Clearance, per Government requirements

  • Experience supporting Financial Management business operations

  • Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills

  • Must be fully fluent in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel

Requirement:

  • Secret Security Clearance required
