Summary

We’re seeking an experienced Manager, Brand Experience with a passion and proven record for experiential marketing to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, with a specific focus on creating impactful brand experiences, bringing brands to life at events, managing paid media strategy, working with agencies, and collaborating with influencers.

This is a fast-moving team with big ambitions. We’re looking for someone who is quick, organized, big strategy-oriented, insanely creative, asks smart questions, and drives SHRM to new heights. We aren’t afraid to break the mold and want this manager to have outside industry experience to bring a fearless experimental attitude to the table.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and target audience.

  • Lead the planning and execution of experiential marketing campaigns, including events, activations, and immersive brand experiences.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling brand narratives and engaging marketing materials.

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences.

  • Manage budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.

  • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with other brands, organizations, and key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reach.

  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to drive strategic decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.

Education & Experience Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.A Masters of Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in brand management, with a focus on experiential marketing, and influencer marketing.

  • Agency experience required.

  • Must have experience managing large budgets and managing multiple direct reports.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful global marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.

Physical Requirements

This position operates in a typical office environment and requires the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Physical requirements may include:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, handling documents, and using office equipment.

  • Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds as needed.

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and stakeholders.

Work Environment

Hybrid Position (3 Days In-Office, 2 Days Remote):

  • This position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office presence [three days per week] and remote work [two days per week]. Core work hours will be designated by the department. The office environment includes a standard workstation setup with collaborative spaces, while remote work requires a reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home workspace. Employees must maintain availability during standard business hours and adhere to company policies for both in-office and remote work.

Travel: 0 – 10%

The hiring range for this position is $108 to $125,000 per year. This range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. SHRM offers a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package.
