We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher's Aide to join our team. As a Teacher's Aide, you will work in classrooms with ages from infant to 12 years. Relieving teachers for breaks and closing the classroom for the day. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in childhood development and education.

Duties:

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities

• Provide one-on-one support to students who may require additional assistance

• Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment

• Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies

• Support students with special needs or individualized education plans

• Help in keeping a clean and sanitized classroom. Duties include: sweeping, mopping, washing toys, cleaning bathroom, taking out garbage.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices

• Experience working with children in a childcare setting

• Knowledge of special education strategies and techniques

• Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Familiarity with early childhood education standards and practices
