Robert Half is looking for Auditors to join our clients team in Albany NY!

Key Responsibilities:

• Application and Documentation Management: Ensure that paper applications and required documentation are complete, current, and valid. Verify that data entered by the fiscal agent into the tracking system aligns with the submitted applications, adhering to federal and state requirements, policies, and procedures.

• Information Verification: Navigate various federal and state databases, including Medicare’s PECOS, NPI Registry (NPPES), New York State Education Department, Office of the Professions Verification Search, and other states’ licensing verification websites, to verify the information provided on applications.

• Provider Communication: Contact providers via email or phone to clarify incomplete information or request additional documentation in a clear, concise, and professional manner.

• Data Entry and Maintenance: Enter and update provider information in eMedNY accurately and efficiently.

• Standards Compliance: Meet production and quality standards consistently.

• Document Management: File, maintain, and upload documents according to procedures in a timely manner.

  Requirements

Additional Skills and Requirements:

• Preferred Experience: Previous experience in reviewing, verifying, and validating detailed or sensitive information using web-based verification sources.

• Data Entry Skills: Demonstrated experience in data entry.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet navigation.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Customer Service: Previous experience in customer service.

• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities.

• Flexibility and Independence: Ability to be flexible, innovative, work independently, and manage priorities with minimal supervision while being an effective team member.

• Educational Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
