Monitors the eMPI to ensure accurate patient identification and linking of patient data across EPIC platform.

-Duties include monitoring of work queues and help desk tickets for chart corrections and staff assignment.

• Reduces the risk of errors and improving the overall quality of patient care by ensuring accurate patient identification.

-Investigate eMPI issues by researching registration and clinical records and make determinations on patient identity.
