Responsibilities:

• Work with minimal supervision.

• You should also be one who enjoys the outdoors (after all...it's a shipyard!), fresh air, beautiful skies, occasional starry nights, and a little bit of rain! Basically a beautiful environment for those who enjoy this amazing Bay Area climate!

• Minimum 4 years marine and/or industrial electrical experience.

• Skilled in 480 and 208 VAC 3 phase systems.

• Skilled in the use of test equipment (Megger, VOM, Amp-meters, etc.).

 Qualifications:

• Experience in troubleshooting, repair, and installation of motors and motor controls.

• Experience in operational testing of electrical equipment.

• Comprehension of schematic diagrams, technical manuals, and the ability to create hand-drawn diagrams of disconnected and/or removed electrical equipment.
