Description:

Oversee safety and security operations within the hotel, ensuring the well-being of guests and staff, protecting property, and maintaining a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage and train the security team, conduct briefings and performance evaluations.

• Safety Operations: Implement safety policies, conduct inspections, and maintain equipment.

• Emergency Response: Coordinate responses to emergencies, develop response plans, and liaise with local emergency services.

• Training: Conduct fire safety and security training for staff.

• Guest Assistance: Assist guests and staff with safety concerns, handle incidents.

• Documentation: Maintain records and prepare incident reports.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and coordinate with external agencies.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma; certification in security or fire safety preferred.

• Experience: 3-5 years in security or safety roles, preferably in hospitality; leadership experience.

• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, emergency response, and organizational skills.
