System One Print Center Manager in Addison, Texas
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage and oversee multiple projects related to the client’s tax season requests. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to track and coordinate high-volume mailings, and effective communication with both internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and track the status of 80+ jobs related to the client’s tax season requests.
Ensure all jobs meet post office requirements, client deadlines, and quality standards.
Develop proof-of-concept samples for new letter types to accommodate increased volume.
Oversee supply management, ensuring necessary materials are available for all projects.
Manage delivery logistics, coordinating shipments to meet client expectations.
Lead project management efforts, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
Provide clear and consistent communication, including weekly status reports to management and clients.
Update and manage USPS postal system, print labels, and maintain tracking records in Google Sheets.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
2-3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to perform mail merge operations to create samples for client approval.
Strong organizational and tracking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with inventory management, ensuring adequate supplies are maintained.
Physical ability to be on your feet for extended periods and lift 20-30 pounds (paper, envelopes, trays).
Ability to learn and navigate USPS postal systems for printing labels and tracking shipments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to provide clear updates and reports.
