About this role:

Wells Fargo Credit Card Loyalty and Rewards is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to drive the modernization of our Loyalty and Rewards platform within Consumer Lending. This role is responsible for defining, developing, and executing a next-generation rewards ecosystem that enhances customer engagement and retention. You will lead the end-to-end transformation of our loyalty infrastructure, ensuring scalability, innovation, and alignment with evolving business needs for Wells Fargo customers.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead Product Discovery to optimize the Reward capabilities for Platform Modernization

  • Create, refine and ensure successful delivery of features in alignment with the product vision and strategy

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Rewards capabilities including regulatory, control, and customer experience considerations

  • Conduct market research and feasibility assessments to effectively prioritize new opportunities

  • Deliver solutions that balance long-term needs with short-term value realization.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on implementing innovative business solutions that are strategically focused and aligned with the Loyalty Reward Solutions vision in a strict risk management and control environment

  • Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics

  • Provide guidance and direction to scrum teams tasked with product delivery

  • Identify opportunities to continuously refine and optimize the product operating model

  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver solutions by championing the product vision, guiding principles, and roadmap

  • Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team companywide

  • Serve as an adept advisor to leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience building and managing a platform that drives both back-end functions and front-end customer experiences

  • Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and executing change through a product operating model

  • Ability to operate as an empowered leader that persists and overcomes obstacles

  • Knowledge and understanding of consumer lending

  • Product management and Agile experience preferably as a scrum team product owner

  • Ability to create and define strategic roadmaps and target state capabilities

Job Expectations:

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

  • Ability to travel up to 5% of time

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$111,100.00 - $237,100.00
